Hi Kristina, I starting using in 1990, I have only had a 5 year break from 07 to 2012, it is not what it used to be and Iā€™m not the same testosterone packed kid. It is the hardest thing I have done, and I am an army vet.

Kristina, if you are afraid the withdrawals are too much, you might consider a detox facility. The alternative to coming of meth is it will eventually kill you. I have a friend who got an infection in her heart. It almost left her kids ophans, all because of meth.

Keep up the good work frank! Nows the hard part but once the fog lifts and you can see everything clearly things can get better in an astounding rate, have you found a sponsor yet?
