Get a sponsor and get to the first 3 steps!!
This will be the hardest thing you’ve ever done. It will be the Best thing you will do for YOURSELF!!! I promise you it will get better!!

Ty I did get your messages. I went to my first smart recovery meeting last night. I pray it works. I will call people and get a sponsor

Have you tried addressing your underlying issues that caused your addiction? If you give recovery programs a sincere try and find them not suited for your needs, you might want to try one on one therapy and/or medication. That is what has worked for me.
