March was horrid for me last year, this year things are looking bright thanks to my sobriety & mental health awareness & treatment. I vow to never let another female gaslight me or anybody make me feel or think I am less than of value, a waste of space, a nightmare that won’t end, or worthless & use my mental health disorders/illnesses against me. March 7th will be 4 months sober & no more suicidal thoughts or attempts.
