Made it through a football weekend without drinking. One thing I started to do was grab my phone during commercials, to avoid beer adds. It’s amazing how much we are bombarded with those adds. I have to say I haven’t enjoyed a weekend of just doing nothing. It was nice to sit peacefully and not sit and think about how I was going to sneak out and get booze. Always remember, alcohol is cunning.

It shd be illegal as fick how much they are allowed to seduce u w booze. Every gas station, big rig, commercial, 8 oz, 12 oz , 16 oz 24 oz, 32 oz , 40 oz every flavor make. Its bs. Yet u have 3 drinls nd hop in ur car nd they wamt to take your livlihood away doeskt make a lick of sense
You and me both man, this weekend was a struggle for sure. You never realize how much stuff has alcohol on it until you get sober. I think I see beer on the TV once ever minute it feels like.
