You can have peace. Rough seasons are part of life. This too shall pass...
Until I can get this stuff out of my head, peace can not come...... and what needs to come out is classified, need to know stuff that won't come unclassified for another 31 years. I take that oath seriously, to my detriment.
Do you have someone to talk to? Sponsor? Therapist?
I don't really trust therapists, been screwed over be a couple of them, and no, my last 3 sponsors started using again, 2 of them are dead. I know what I have to do, am looking for the right person to do it with.
It has gotten better, just was worse and lasted longer this year..... I'll get through it, this Taurus is stubborn.
