Good job!! That is exactly how to see things. A good eye opener for me, was writing down all the negativoty and loss from times I had drank, and writing down the positives from sovriety and reading that each morning. At first I would cry a lot reading the bad, but the positive list keeps growing, as so does the happiness. Keep up the good work!
