Emotions are intense but passing. Coping is a great skill and focus on the positive. Keep active with distractions and know you will overcome

Meditate to keep emotions under control. When angry, meditate when sad meditate, the yoga/gym for the body and therapy for the root cause! And then focus and staying power - the thought
