49 days sober. Feeling all of the feelings. My house still looks like a trap house. Goal today is clean out all of the triggers and IOP! Trying to stick to my schedule. Hard to come back to the real world. Scary with out the safety of the treatment compound. Gotta get my meeting and finding a sponsor on!
