I've had a drinking problem for awhile now, but just recently I'm scared of it. I know people around me noticed it I'm embarrassed!! I come from a family that NEVER ask for help so this outreach is new to me! This isn't something I'm comfortable with i wanna change be different be better but everyday i do the same stupid shit! I'm lost

What do you want your recovery to look like?

I don't know!!! Honestly I can't get pass the part of not thinking about it. When i wake up I think do I have some, if so how much? If not when I can get it?

At least you know you have a problem and want to do something about it. It's time you prioritized Melissa and what's best for her happiness and health.
Have you tried group recovery therapy to see what others go thru so you know you aren't alone?
