That sounds fun. I was apprehensive about sushi for the longest! I always thought it was raw fish and seafood. I tried it for the first time (California Roll) and thought it wasn't bad. Now, I love anything with crab now. I hope you have fun on trip. I love seeing TN mountains. Gatlinburg is one of my favorite places for a vacation.
