It’s a Friday and the weekend is here, what are some thoughts to have to steer away the craving?

Friday nights are always the hardest for me. But I think of HALT (hungry angry lonely and tired) grab something to eat, watch something to cheer you up, call a friend or just go to sleep early. Usually after fixing a couple of those things the craving goes down
Make plans and stay active. If you are finding a new activity to fill that time your mind will be distracted
Go to aa meeting .meet new people.get a sponsor. 90&90.
