Is there non-religious recovery groups?

Just curious because I’m Agnostic, never really had much religious background.

There’s something called SMART recovery.
Haven’t checked it out but I’m the same as you.

I was looking for meetings near me, and apparently most of them are online.

Recovery Dharma, LifeRing, agnostic AA meetings

SMART recovery. There is lots of info online as well as fb groups. Also, there are sobriety schools like Tempest that are structured and intensive, or just community based depending on your needs.

Ryan, I was in your boat not long ago. If it helps any, don't let "God" interfere or confuse your recovery. There's a huge difference between religion and spirituality. Check out things like the Law of Attraction. I still don't have a great understanding of a higher power, I just know that if I put good energy into the world, I get good back. Wish you the best!

Look up secular AA zoom meetings on google. And they are also a few channels on youtube. Also, beyond belief sobriety channel on youtube is a great resource. I'd check out the history of secular AA audio book on that channel. Also, the book Living Sober was written with aethiest and agnostics in mind
