I'm Maria im an alcoholic and an addict i have struggled today I seem to have replaced my addiction with an addict i can't seem to let go of him😪

It's not easy to stop addictions immediately I advise you take it at a slow place the first day if normally you drink five bottles of beer a day you reduse it to four You can go like that for a week then the next week you reduse to three till you get to one then you'll be the one to decide if you're getting better and you want to stop….hope it helped
