There’s something called SMART recovery, it’s science based. I’d google places in your area. Hope this helps. A

Have you tried SMART recovery?

I have, it’s different. I don’t mind Regular AA. I’m agnostic but in the book is says god as you see it. So I just think of the universe. Not a single entity. there’s not many smart recovery groups around my area. It’s easier to just focus on my home group and keep my own beliefs.

I’ve been to several “we agnostics” meetings in TX. I like it but usually go to regular AA with close friends there.

Fb group called “NA/AA for Atheists and Agnostics” will tell you for sure.
