Forgive me for asking if you already shared this. What triggers your panic attacks?

I have to be careful to not get too tired. I have PTSD from a hospital admission in February, 2020. I had major surgery and a not so sympathetic nurse who stressed me out and yelled at me.

I still cry about that.
