If your liver could speak out loud. What would it tell you?

Mine would tell me that I should eat more foods that benefit the liver before a problem exists.

“I appreciate that you aren't killing me anymore.” …. I messed my liver up from drugs and alcohol luckily the liver likes to repair itself but I'm not sure if it'll ever be the same again … simple ibuprofen or tylenol affects it now. Doing my best though to avoid it all if I can.

Nichole, I do know Tylenol is recommended to be better for liver health

Thank you :slight_smile: I was told to stay away from ibuprofen but sometimes I still take it because it works better for headaches/ back pain. I really try not to.. I was trying to stick to tylenol when I need it lately. It sucks but I definitely put myself in this situation. :confused:
