If I make it today…this will be day one sober. Please send me motivation. The most I’ve been able to make it to is 24 days and that was several months ago.
We all do it one day at a time. Do you have sober lady friends? Have you been to any meetings? Ty for reaching out on here your not alone! You are part of this Loosid family now. Hopefully some ladies will friend you and you can chat with them. Try to stay occupied so the mind don’t wander. Read a book or anything that makes you happy. The urges will slowly get farther apart. Please stay in contact. You have a friend pen pal whatever you want to call it in me!
