I've been lost in my addiction for days. I have had no sleep, I'm not eating & have had minimal self care. I was willing to die for a couple seconds of pleasure. My body is angry for the poison I've been consuming. Chest is heavy and aching, back pain, sore throat & my legs are swelled up and red. I will not let "IT" control me. I cannot ever touch "IT" again. I WILL WIN! I'm praying for strength & my restored mind, body & spirit. It may be a battle one second, one minute or one hour at a time....but I deserve a good life. My family will come before this selfish life destroying poison. I've been sober for 49 minutes & counting. Thank you all for support!!!
