I'm sorry I am confused. Please define makes you drink. Are we talking holds you down and pours it down your throat? Cause if we are he needs to be arrested for abuse.

well no I make myself drink. its all up to me. when we decide to quit drinking its him who decides to drink. if he's round his family forget about it. its over
I would suggest counseling. He seems to be an enabler or at the least, like many he just doesn't get it. Counseling is a good way to figure out what to do.
