Keep your self occupied, listen the thought of drinking is going to come, there’s no way of stopping the though! But it’s about how you deal with the thought. I use self awareness and acceptance. Accept that the thought will come, it comes, you acknowledge it and let It go. We have to retrain our minds and be comfortable with the reality that there is no way we can escape the thoughts and urges . We can only learn how to coexist with them and control them, For all our lives we allowed our urges to control us, well it’s time to take that control back. You can do it mamas?
