I wanna kill my self so I relapsed ... I been clean for almost 2 years .... But I wanted to kill myself and I fucking relapsed thunging I would go and now I'm so sick and depressed ... How can I let someone break me to this point ... I'm deleting loosid ... I'm sorry I fucked up ..
But I never want to do it

I hope you're still on the app. First, don't beat yourself up. Forgive yourself and keep going in this process. Find a therapist to help you sort out your feelings. I felt the same way you did previously. I got an unfair evaluation. I was about 2 years clean then. Briefly relapsed, but got back on track. You can too. All the best.
