I relapse after 6 months I'm still in my treatment outpatient I told my counselor and sponsor thinking before it gets worse maybe impatient for 6 weeks idk
It's good you told your sponsor and counselor. If you believe inpatient is the way to go then do it. In the meantime, come up with a plan to make sure you follow through with sobriety after treatment.
I'm working a plan now to help me in the mean time
