I recently had 7 months clean before a short relapse. I currently have 9 days.
I recently totaled my car and because of that I lost my job and now am about to be put out of the chem free house I live in. I also recently lost my mother .... all of these things built up in me and caused me to relapse. Thankfully I made it back before it got the better of me. I need help with shelter
I have 2 job interviews coming next week and if I am on the street they won't happen. I need this and want this more than anything.

I am clean and sober today. 9 days . I am about to be putnon the street for being 2 weeks behind on rent … I have no family here or that even talks to me anymore. I am lost….

Hey, Lynn. Are there homeless shelters you can look into? Or what about a personal loan to help you? I think One Main Financial gives same-day approval and you will have the money within 1 business day.
Look into Door Dash- you can deliver by bike in some areas.

I am a transgender female. The homeless sheltrs here want to house me with men and that is not an option for me. I lost my car in an accident and because of that I lost my job … there is no way I could get a loan with my poor credit. I have tried..
Just don't pick up no matter what, that will only make things worse. If you can find a meeting nearby, share and be honest, nothing bad can come of it and maybe someone more local has some way to help get you through it. The recovery community is amazing.

A lot of the people here are from your area and I can ask around. Are you willing to relocate for a sober living program?

The main thing I need at this point is a job. I have abstained from all drugs and been going back to meetings. I have a sponsor and am workin my steps again. I need help finding employment…
