Get a sponsor. Go to a meeting. Be involved in meetings. Make your sobriety a priority.
Asking for help is key. We don't know what we won't ask.
I was told if I wanted what y’all had I had to do what y’all do, no matter what because my way was not working, and because of that guidance I’ve been clean and sober for many years now.
