I made it through day 3, hoping the anxiety will ease up some

It sure will Jeff. I know, the anxiety during withdrawal is the worst. Couple more days in my experience. Hang in there and don't give up!

It does for sure. Sucks but it eases up everyday

I used exercise, meditation starting by just focusing on breathing in and out slowly, and keeping myself occupied cleaning and organizing to help with those feelings. Now those things are just my new habits, and I don't have nearly as much anxiety or stress as I did when I was drinking.

I also stuggle with anxiety,but if we can connect with others,going through the same,we can make it!

Our natural rhythms are on cycles of 3 and 7. Day three should be hard, but day 4 should be a bit easier. Even if it isnt it will die down eventually.
