Maybe take some time to research on addiction. Refine search to Meth withdraw. If the struggle becomes to strong, go to the hospital. They can help you with acute resources.

Take it hour by hour.. then day by day. You will get through it

Its normal to feel that way. My clean date from meth. Oct 12/2019 still being strong

Outstanding Marissa!! Look at all the support flowing in! I just think that recovery is the BOMB! C'mon. I cannot go back to that old lifestyle and way of thinking. Using is a dead end. Today, I choose life. :pray:
