I’m feeling good today! I have faith that I would stick with my sobriety I’m tired of letting my family and friends down also letting myself down can’t wait when to hit that one year mark just got to be patient and keep my mind in check when I have bad day and use that as a excuse to get high I hope everyone is having a good day!

Write this down, don’t ever forget. You CAN feel good I’m sobriety and complete. I have this feeling sometimes, but I forget about it real quick.

Thank you I highly appreciate your comment! Yea that feeling sucks when you have a bad day and you just want to get high. It’s like your brain automatically thinks that because that’s how you use to cope when you had a bad day. But we got stay strong and keep going. Thanks again god bless you
