I’m disappointed in my job for not giving me more hours. I can’t get anything achieved and spend hours each day recovering from the shots of whiskey I consume after each shift.

Can you find another job?
If you need more hours let them know, or find more work. However, the ownership for what you do after hours is not theirs. If you drink after a shift, find a meeting to go to immediately after work.
