I lost my girl that I love very much, she dumped me and went back to her ex, I'm getting my shit together and going to do everything I can to get her back. She doesn't like me at all right now, should I keep up the effort or move on?

In my opinion, if she’s already back together with her ex it’s totally time to move on. Work on you, get yourself well and stable. The right one will come along.

Sorry to hear that Brian . As cheesy as it sounds , you have to focus on yourself . You have to get sober and get healthy for yourself . Also , you might find that “sober Brian “ doesn’t even like your ex . Happens all the time . A healthy and sober Brian will also probably attract higher quality women anyways . One day at a time .

Hi Brian. I know it's not my business but I am not sure why she left. Depending on the reason you may or may not want to try to get her back.
In the meantime, work on your sobriety and overall health. Do that for you. Work on being a better person.
