I just got to work and a co worker had this on my counter with a note of encouragement and an app for sleep guidance.. you never know who is watching your battle and know what you are going through because they have been there themselves or walked it with someone else.. I’m literally in the bathroom in tears.. Day 3.. keep going peeps.. strength.. coin.. wisdom... the little things
