I haven’t had a drink in over two years but I’ve been smoking weed a lot and I think it’s time to kick that too. Wish me luck.

You got this. Weed is a lot easier to kick than alcohol, I believe. You stopped the hardest drug, alcohol.

I have stopped both at same time. 45 days so far. Staying engaged and going to bed early has helped me. Good luck
