I have been sober for 8 days now after a relapse 12 days ago that lead me to getting drunk 3 nights on a row, prior. I'm staying strong but my anxiety didyn't make it easy. I have been really using my medical cannabis card, but it's expensive. I need to return to hobbies. I'm afraid most of the friends I have are only drinking buddies, so it's difficult for me to find things to do, particularly during the covid pandemic.

That sucks man, I find most of my friends changed when my focus changed. Not everyone will go down your road with you just to be there for you. What kind of thin do you enjoy doing?

Congrats on 8 days! I’m on day 4. I’m also afraid that my friends are just drinking buddies. But I’m tired of putting myself through these things. If they can’t accept who I am then I will continue my sober journey without them
