Hello , been there try to set a sleeping schedule and follow it , what I did is avoid tv I lay in bed with a book in my hand what distracted me from the negative thoughts just don’t break the pattern. Good luck

Yesterday I woke up earlier than usual, took a 10-15 minute nap yesterday, went to bed later than usual and still struggled sleeping last night. I'm just exhausted today.

I'll get through today. Lack of sleep will not keep me unmotivated. :grinning:

Insomnia at night and caffine in the day, that's how I go crazy one day at a time. Of course I been crazy for a while so... did you finally get some sleep?

I feel ya. I deal with it nightly. I try to stay on a schedule. Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t. My medication is the most consistent remedy.
