I had the relapse dream

I had the relapse dream. I’ve had it before. Where I dream about the first drink. It’s scarier to me than a normal drinking dream.

Anyone else?

I've had it before as well. It's definitely a true nightmare, and one I hope to never have again!

Im 2 years sober and still have that dream every couple months...I usually wake up panicked and uneasy because the dream itself feels sooo real!

Hi Craig,
I had those relapse dreams my first year of sobriety. It is very scary, but you'll be fine. I looked at those dreams as a reminder of what I don't want to do.
