This is new to me I stopped drinking two years ago. And have had a few relapses. I have lived very hard for 40 years and it may take awhile to change. I am seeking counseling and this is my therapy. I can stay sober because I'm strong, I can let go of resentments and learn how to love by showing kindness. I know it is by not understanding I will begin to understand.
I thank my divine creator for the guidance and giving me hope through people like you.
