I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes. And hopefully I can succeed this time.

Do not take chantix if you still drink. Oh my does it magnify the effect of alcohol.

Cigarettes are hard to quit. As an old friend of mine said when I asked why he was smoking when he was gonna quit. He said, "Well my last cigarette was so good I had to have another.
It ain't easy but it can be done.

I quit cigarettes in January of 2010. I relapsed on cigarettes 3/2020 when I got let go due to Covid. Once addicted, always addicted. I quit in October of 2020 but I still think about it.
