I am new to this app and am trying to prepare myself for quitting smoking. It is a major crutch and very addictive and are use it as a way to call my nerves as I have a panic disorder and I have anxiety on a daily basis. Hi, Jennifer. If a doctor clears you to utilize cinnamon, use it often. I learned that cinnamon helps eliminate the desire to smoke. Brush with cinnamon flavored 🪥, rinse with cinnamon flavored mouth wash, and chew cinnamon gum.
