11 years myself. Some days are harder than others. Been really struggling lately with the depression. That’s when it’s hardest. Hang in there.

I’ve experienced the same. But also diagnosed now with pstd due to an abusive marriage. I’m not drinking, which is good, but finally in care of a doctor which is really helping me through a very painful divorce. I was extremely suicidal only a week ago. Now back living with family as I work through this.

Good to meet you. I finally went back to church today. Covid scares me for so long. That made me happy since I have been so unhappy for so long. Do something that makes you happy
