Being sober and playing monopoly with my family after dinner 
Enjoying the fact that others are getting along and are being happy
Having a good day without being drunk.

I had a very powerful cry in the shower and stayed sober. I’m so happy to let these feelings out in a healthy way!

Amazing. My roommates and I made dinner watched football. So relaxing
Food, family and board games. 
Realizing I don’t have to be intoxicated to make it through the holidays:) keep up the good work one hour at a time👍
