How’s everybody feeling today?

How’s everybody feeling today? Day 4 is starting out well for me. But as always, it’s the afternoon/evening that are the hardest. Any tips?

Find something to occupy the time. Busy hands can't pick up a bottle

Idk if your situation is more stress based or depression, but it seems like many people agree exercise is helpful. Something about the endorphins etc to help with the mood, or maybe some positive/ relaxing music. I fell into the trap of excusing the drinking to help fall asleep, but I think all I did was ruin the quality of any sleep I do get. Working on day 2 here
