How have your eating/food habits changed in sobriety? I eat more vegan meals, and am more conscious abt what foods I put in my body. But it took a while to prioritize those things.

Totally. After a year and a half of full go sugar I have seared towards a 90% plant based diet. Feel great when I stick to it

Oof yeah my Fitbit was a game changer for me too in terms of calories lol turns out I intake way more than I thought and burn way less than I thought
