Hi ! This is my day 1. This is my first time using this app and want to track my AF days . I am looking at reduction. I am not an alcoholic and have started a new fitness program as well so wanting to also decrease alcohol intake . Anyone else where I am with this ?

Hi Bryn. If you want: add your sober date in Sober Help. You can track your sober days that way.

Tomorrow will be Day 7, right?
