Welcome back 8 months is just as big a feat as 11 months. Each day is a victory just because instead of falling and staying down, you got up.

You know it doesn’t matter if you have 8 Days or if you have 1 million days it’s still only day one. Because it’s one day at a time. You’ll be here and will give you all kinds of support
