Hi everyone!

I’m new to this group and wanted to introduce myself. I decided that February 1 would be the day I stop drinking for good. Of course I’ve said that sooo many times before. I’m hoping that being part of this community will help. :smiley:

Keep fighting. You got this. Go for a run when you want to drink. When you get tired and out of breath your mind won't allow you to think of Anything BUT catching your breath and drinking water. It's helps. Try it.
