Hi all, I recently just relapsed after a year of sober living. I am 3 days sober now but my emotions are kicking my butt. I feel so ashamed that I am back in this spot.

Glad you are back! We all have one day at time :blush: that year sober Is awesome work ! You should be proud of that, as an alcoholic my natural instinct is to drink and every day that I don’t is a miracle. We are all miracles.

If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.

Let go of the negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Let go of the relapse and celebrate sobriety. One day at a time.
