Hi 7.5 years sober. Lost my wife (not one of us) to illness 4 months ago. Not using or drinking but seems like a good idea at times. I mean wtf?

it’s such a deeply personal journey to lose your mate, especially when sober. Staying sober is tough through that. I’m so sorry for your loss. It will get easier, promise. As long as you stay sober.
