Welcome Christina… great job. I remember it taking a bit before my sleep schedule went back to normal… but hang in there, when mine did I started getting the best sleep of my life
Welcome! If you want to improve your nighttime routine and sleep quality, I recommend the book “Sleep Smarter.” Also, 5 days is awesome! Keep making progress!
