Hello Amanda. I am in intensive outpatient 3 times a week. As well as AA NA and CMA meetings.
I have been trying to research many places I have been attending. But nothing has came up with one yet.
You’re def not alone, it’s important to feel our feelings tho even the bad ones. I feel like I have more sad days than happy days but beauty can be found in all the days.
