Hello I joined this group yesterday morning and I'm on day 2 of no drinking. Got a great night's sleep! Feeling good so far.

Good job. I'm glad you're getting rest. In many cases that isn't normal in the beginning stages of sobriety.
I'm worried about day 4 or 5, that's when I usually give in.

This is the first time I have tried a group or app for support. I really want to get control.
What will you do differently this time to make sure you don't give in?
