Hello everyone! I’m new to this app! I’ve been working the 12 steps for the pass 7 months and I’m starting to get the meaning of spiritual and emotional sobriety! I’m also learning that surrendering my life to God is and always was the answer! I can’t wait to meet you guys and be part of this beautiful journey of sobriety and fellowship!

What does emotional sobriety mean to you?

Hi Amanda! To me emotionally sobriety simply means that I’m comfortable being present with all my feelings without any one of them defining or controlling me anymore.
